1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Prepare your baking equipment:

Option A: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Option B: Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil or butter.

2. Prepare the Embutido Mixture
In a large mixing bowl:

Add the ground chicken.
-
Mix in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and shredded cheese.

Add the minced garlic, egg, and milk.

Sprinkle in the parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mixing Tip

Use a spatula or your hands.

Mix until everything is evenly combined but do NOT overmix, as overmixing can make the embutido tough.
3. Shape the Embutido

If using a baking sheet:
Shape the mixture into a firm, compact loaf about 8β10 inches long. -
If using a loaf pan:
Press the mixture evenly into the pan, making sure there are no air pockets.
4. Bake the Embutido

Place it in the oven and bake for 35β40 minutes, or until:

The center is cooked through

The loaf feels firm
-
Internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C)

5. Add the Cheese Topping

Remove the embutido from the oven.

Sprinkle a generous amount of extra shredded cheese on top.
Return it to the oven and bake for 5β7 minutes, or until the cheese is:

Slightly golden at the edges
6. Rest and Serve

Allow the embutido to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
This helps it set and slice cleanly. -
